Valencia Point is located in Sacramento, California off of I-5 & Del Paso Road in the newer developed area known as "North Natomas". Our beautiful community offers one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes. Each home features a fully equipped kitchen with frost free refrigerator & ice maker, stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal. For your convenience we also feature washer and dryer hookups in each home. For those who choose not to rent a washer/dryer unit We offer a laundry facility for our valued residents. We are just minutes from shopping, restaurants, schools, and downtown.

Our community offers great social activities for all to enjoy.
